How It Works

We start with a collaborative consultation to understand your project needs, goals, and design specifications. Whether you have a rough concept or detailed drawings, we work closely with you to refine your idea into a design that meets both functional and aesthetic requirements.

*Our in-house design team can design or reverse engineer your part or advise on your prepared design.

Our experienced design team uses industry-leading 3D CAD software to create a precise digital model of your concept. This step ensures your design is optimised for 3D printing, taking into account material properties, structural integrity, and printing technology.

Once the model is created, we optimise it for printability. This involves adjusting the model for the selected printing technology and ensuring the design meets tolerances, strength requirements, and surface finish specifications.

After completing the design, we share the final 3D model with you for review and approval. If required, we can provide a digital simulation or a small-scale prototype to ensure every detail is perfect before moving forward.

Upon approval, we provide you with the final print-ready files (STL, OBJ, or other formats), and you’re ready to begin the 3D printing process. If you choose to print with us, we will seamlessly transition into the production phase.
