The DyeMansion VX1 offers the next level in finishing of 3D printed parts. The VX1 melts the outermost layer of the part giving it the glossier visual appearance of an injection-molded part.
VX1 can VaporFuse Surface PA12, PA11, and TPU. Utilising a non-toxic, PFAS-free, and FDA approved food safe solvent, parts post processed with Vx1 are ready in just a few hours. VaporFuse Surfacing with the VX1 has also passed cytotoxicity and skin irritation testing according to ISO 10993 standards.
What does this mean in practice? Parts processed with the VX1 are biocompatible and skin-safe. For anyone working in the medical & healthcare field, consumer wearables, or any application where the part touches the human body.
